Exploring

Main idea: When I was exploring outside, I noticed some grape stuff, silver and gold flowers, some white flowers, and some purple flowers. The coolest one was the white flowers. This will be the main idea of my story below.

Exploring

I was exploring outside today! I noticed some grapes that don't look like grapes, because they just started growing.

Then Grandma showed me a tree: at the root part and up some more, there were no inside to the tree. The tree went up a little then down to the ground and up again with its branches and even grew white pretty flowers!!!

Then I saw some baby silver gold flowers. I wanted to know so badly how they looked like when they bloomed!

Finally I saw the purple flowers my Grandma and Grandpa were talking about. They looked so pretty!

Grandma told me that around seven, ducks used to go to the field of Sun Valley Way entrance.

Those are all the things I saw and hearf of when exploring.

I learned my lesson!

This is the game against one Eve. It's interesting that the game was about fighting over a Knight again, as in the first round. This time I won the exchange.

My first round in NJ Junior

Here is my game against Karsten.

On move 23, I was too eager to gain a pawn back.

On move 26, I still had chance by moving Queen to d2 or f2.

After losing the exchange, the game was over.

NJ Junior Championship

I went to NJ Junior Championship last week. Because this is the tournament to determine who will represent NJ in Susan Polgar Invitational, all top girls were there: Karsten, Anna, Jennie, Eve and Eve. I met one Eve before, but never talked to her. This time I got chance to play against 3 of them. I talked to all of them, and we played blitz between rounds. I have five more friends after the tournament.

On the third round, the Eves played each other!!!

Foxwood Open

I went to the Foxwood open last weekend, and got a pretty bad score.

First Round
On my first round, my opponent's published rating was in the nine-hundreds. I won the game. But I didn't feel that well because when my dad was going over the game with me he found some moves that could've won for him.

Second Round
On my second round, my opponent's published rating was in the twelve-hundreds. I lost this game. I felt bad, I made a lot of mistakes.

Third Round
On my third round, my opponent's published rating was in the nine-hundreds. I won this game.

Fourth Round
On my fourth round, my opponent's published rating was in the eleven hundreds. I lost this game.

Fifth Round
On my fifth round, my opponent's published rating was in the ten-hundreds. I won this game. It went weird.(My opponent worked as a magician)

Sixth Round
On my sixth round, my opponent's rating was in the eight-hundreds. I drawed this game. I played horrible.

Seventh Round
On my seventh round, my opponent's published rating was in the eleven-hundreds. I lost this game.

I should've won for my section, but since I played very bad I didn't win. I met a master and made a couple of friends.
